The Story

This company was started when Brock Morris bought his first duplex at just 21 years old using his VA loan. That acquisition sparked something bigger. He quickly caught the bug for real estate and wanted to find anyway he could to get more of it.

There was one major obstacle though: capital.

How on earth was he going to get the capital to buy more properties? That was where Holden Acquisition was formed, with the goal to raise capital to buy long term assets while mutually benefiting both parties. Holden is an all in one private equity real estate company with the goal to turn your capital into long term wealth.
