Building Long-Term Wealth Through Real Estate Acquisition
Holden Acquisition was founded in October 23, 2026 with a vision: acquire real estate, build partnerships, and create a long-term wealth through real estate investments.
My name is Brock Morris, and I am the founder of Holden Acquisition. My interest in real estate started when I was in middle school living in Birmingham, Alabama telling my dad “I am going to buy a duplex one day…” in which he would laugh (rightfully so) only for me to somehow by the grace of God do it. I used something called the VA loan and bought one unit stacked on top of another unit and got first hand exposure to property ownership, managing tenants, renovating a unit, analyzing expenses, and understanding everything there is when it comes to owning real estate.
It also gave me a bigger vision for what I wanted to accomplish.
I wanted to build something beyond owning just one property. I wanted to create a company that could have a long lasting impact.
Thats where Holden Acquisition comes in.
Our Mission
The mission of Holden Acquisition is to identify and pursue real estate investment opportunities with a focus on long-term ownership and wealth creation.
Rather then focusing on the short term, Holden chooses to focus on the long term where assets can have a chance to appreciate in value, generate income, and create opportunities for future growth.
Real estate is the starting point, it is a no way “get rich quick scheme” it is something that you have to be willing to do the work for, and have trust in.
Holden Acquisition is a company that is capable of identifying and pursuing opportunities across multiple markets.
Our Approach
Successful acquisitions require more then just finding a property and making an offer. They require analysis making sure it meets our criteria, strategic planning by making sure that we can grow this investment, and relationship with people that share the same vision.
At Holden Acquisition, the approach centers on three principles:
Finding Opportunities
Identifying acquisitions by researching what the current market is, evaluating properties based on a CMA and other strategies we have, and analyzing the numbers to see how we can get the best ROI. We want to determine whether a property aligns with our investment objectives.
Building Strategic Partnerships
Developing relationships with investors who share the same vision as us, property owners that are hungry to get more, and real estate professionals, and other partners who can contribute to successful acquisitions
Focusing on Long-Term Ownership
Evaluating opportunities that will produced sustainable income for us and our investors, responsible ownership through taking pride in owning it, and long-term asset growth. We want properties that will benefit in the long-term not the short term. Every potential acquisition must be evaluated by its own accord. The objective is not simply to see how many properties we can acquire, but to pursue opportunities that make since financially and strategically.
Building Something Bigger
Holden Acquisition is being built on long-term perspective
The initial focus is real estate, with the goal of developing relationships, experiences, and a solid foundation necessary to produce large opportunities over time
I believe that building a successful acquisition company starts with taking action, and having faith that no matter what trust the process. Maintaining the ability to always be willing to learn, and remaining that since of ambition and having the right people in our corner.
There is still a lot of work ahead, but the vision is clear: build a company that creates value through strategic acquisitions and long-term ownership.
An Invitation to Connect
I’m always interested in connecting with people who share an interest in real estate investing, acquisitions, and building long-term wealth.
Whether you’re an investor, real estate professional, property owner, or someone interested in exploring potential partnerships, i’d welcome the opportunity to connect.
Holden Acquisition is at the beginning of its journey, and I’m looking forward to seeing what can be built through the right relationships and opportunities.
The goal is not to see how many properties we can acquire, It is to build a company that last.
